After the Change of Direction post regarding the mini site self written reviews with free links I thought it might have created a bit more interest than it actually did. After nearly a week there was only ONE person that took advantage of the offer, Nukers Blog quickly wrote up a description/review of his site (actually a blog) and sent it in ready for publishing.
As the post didn’t create much of a flurry of interest, I will be ending the offer at the end of the month, any emails I get after that time will be put away for the next time I offer free links.

1I’m suprised you only had one taker. Maybe people are a little shy about writing a review of their own site?
I’ll make a note to try to put together one for my site before the month is over. 2-300 words doesn’t sound too tough.

2I didn’t expected to be the only one. Even though I linked back to your post a couple of times. Who doesn’t want free backlinks? It seems people do not feel like writing 300 words. I doubt anyone will submit a website in the few days remaining. But I would like to thank you again for the great offer.

5300 words? Unfortunately, people are lazy. I run an article directory, and you would not believe the ’sloppyness’ of some people. I spend ages editing some articles, and just plain reject a good deal more. They want the links, but can’t be bothered!
