I was so excited to recieve my Yahoo Publisher Network (Yahoos answer to AdSense) invite a few months ago after a 4 or 5 week wait. I then folowed the invite link, went into the signup page filled out most of my details until I hit a snag. There was only one country (I think, can’t remember that well) and it wasn’t Australia. I read through the Terms Of Service for YPN and during the Beta phase, they were only accepting webmasters from the United States.

That really annoyed me as I had read many posts on forums regarding YPN paying so much better than AdSense. None the less there is not much I can do other than wait until they start accepting non Americans. Whats funny today though is I told of my story on a reply on DigitalPoint Forums, and I recieved a PM from a member asking to buy my YPN invite. It must be paying pretty well to have people wanting to buy these invites. Im not going to sell it, both because it took me 5 weeks to recieve, and that I believe it is against YPN terms of service, and I dont want to get on the wrong foot with these guys, as someday they might just let me in to their high paying world.
