It seems Google are slowly showing signs of their payment system to compete with PayPal, shown below is a screenshot of the interface which is being used and is so similar to all the other Google interfaces.

I hope that this system can be up and running in full scale, as PayPal is not the nicest people to deal with, especially with chargebacks and digital goods. I have had many chargebacks on digital goods i have sold, and even giving them evidence that the buyers have the goods, I have never had a succesful dispute, and then slugged a $10 fee.
